Position Title: Production Driver
Manager’s Position: Project Manager
Result Statement: I am accountable for producing the following result:
To assist in the efficiency and effectiveness of completing construction projects in a timely manner by assuring all materials and tools are on site for laborers and sub contractors to complete their tasks. All work locations including the warehouse will be left organized and cleaned, ensuring safe and efficient work conditions.
Tactical Work:
Aligning daily tasks with the job calendar and project manager.
Assesses equipment and materials needed to complete the projects.
Load and pull a dump trailer from the job site to dump.
Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met.
Resolve problems when they arise.
Daily Reporting on progress to Project Managers.
Maintain and organize warehouse inventory.
Standards: Quantity, quality, and behavior standards for which this position is accountable:
Position Specific:
Maintain a construction schedule, identify and solve problems.
Maintain positive relationships with: clients, subcontractors, suppliers, laborers and employees.
Review daily logs and plans as well as purchase materials and receive deliveries.
Workspace will be left in clean condition on a daily basis.
Weekly job site clean ups will be performed on Fridays.
Enjoy mentoring others and helping our team complete quality projects in a timely manner.
Professional attire and communication with homeowners on a daily basis.
Ability to be prompt and on schedule with your daily job with (5) day work weeks and a minimum of 40 hours
Company Wide:
All work will be performed according to company policies and standards, in the spirit of the company’s vision.
All work will be orchestrated and quantified when appropriate.
All telephone calls, both internal and external, will be returned within two hours whenever possible, and within one business day at the latest.
All proprietary company information will be held as strictly confidential outside the company.
Immediate manager will be notified of any issues that cannot be resolved, or deadlines that cannot be met, within a reasonable time frame, and before the deadline has arrived.
