Support our design-build team by creating accurate, buildable, and code-compliant architectural drawings from concept through permitting. This role requires strong attention to detail, collaboration across departments, and proficiency in Chief Architect software.
Lead Carpenter
We’re seeking a skilled and reliable Lead Carpenter to oversee residential remodels and new construction projects throughout the Bay Area. This role involves managing crews, coordinating with project managers, maintaining schedules, and ensuring high-quality craftsmanship on every job site. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and clear communication with clients and team members are essential.
Production Driver
We’re hiring a dependable and organized Production Driver to support our residential construction projects. This role ensures that tools, materials, and equipment arrive on-site efficiently, while maintaining clean, safe job sites and a well-stocked warehouse. Must be able to tow a dump trailer, follow job schedules, and work closely with project managers and crews to keep everything running smoothly.
Project Designer
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Project Designer to help bring our clients’ visions to life—from early planning through permit-ready construction documents. This role blends technical skill, design insight, and client collaboration to create beautifully buildable homes throughout the Bay Area.
